PRIVACY POLICY

1. Information Collection and Storage

All user-generated data (such as encrypted files in Privacy Vault, writing prompts in Offline AI MindSync, and power logs in Battery Speed / Battery Pro) is stored strictly in your device's internal encrypted sandbox. We do not operate remote databases for user data collection, profiling, or monetization.

2. Hardware Permissions & Sensor Telemetry

Certain applications require device hardware permissions to function:

• Battery Diagnostic Apps: Reads local battery fuel-gauge IC sysfs endpoints (voltage, mA flow, temperature) to calculate live hardware status. Data remains strictly on your phone.
• Offline AI MindSync: Utilizes device NPU / GPU / Vulkan acceleration to execute quantized weights locally. No network connections are initiated during AI inference.
• Privacy Vault: Requests Camera access solely to execute the optional Intruder Selfie feature upon failed PIN entries. Snapshots are stored locally in encrypted storage.
• GameForgeX: Uses system overlay permissions to render floating performance HUDs and memory cleanup APIs.

3. Third-Party Services & Google Play Services

Our applications are distributed through the Google Play Store. Google Play Services may process standard diagnostic telemetry, in-app purchase verification, or crash logging in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. ESH Developers does not integrate behavioral third-party advertising SDKs or data brokers.

4. Security & AES-256 Encryption

We employ industry-standard cryptographic techniques, including AES-256 GCM encryption and hardware-backed Android KeyStore integration. Because we implement zero-knowledge architectures, ESH Developers does not possess your PINs, master passwords, or encryption keys.

5. Children's Privacy

Our applications do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13.
